AI & Portfolio Notice
Effective September 24, 2026
Explore the ideas behind the work with a clear understanding of what the demonstrations can—and cannot—do.
Independent portfolio work
Projects demonstrate Leonia Moore’s product thinking, workflow design, and approach to responsible AI. Examples use fictional or sample information and do not reproduce confidential employer systems or proprietary workflows. Employer, platform, industry, and trademark references do not imply endorsement or authorization. A prototype is not evidence of a deployed production system unless a case study expressly identifies it as such.
Where the demos operate
The public AI demo links open GPTs inside ChatGPT. They are not AI chat windows running on this website. The current public demos do not have connected apps or external Actions added by Leonia Moore to perform work in other services. They do not submit claims, update business accounts, book appointments, or make transactions on your behalf.
ChatGPT may require an account and may impose access, usage, or feature limits. Its functionality, availability, and terms can change. OpenAI’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy govern your use of ChatGPT.
Use fictional information
Use invented sample scenarios. Do not enter real claim files, medical or insurance records, Social Security numbers, passwords, financial account details, confidential employer information, or personal information about clients or other people. A demonstration is not an approved secure system for regulated or confidential work.
What you type into a demo is processed within ChatGPT under OpenAI’s policies and your account settings. This website does not receive a demo conversation transcript through an integration. The website’s six-month inquiry retention policy does not set ChatGPT’s conversation retention. Manage your chats and data controls within ChatGPT and direct requests about OpenAI-controlled data to OpenAI.
Review every output
AI may invent facts or sources, omit important details, reflect bias, or produce inconsistent or unsuitable results. Guardrails and instructions describe intended behavior; they do not guarantee correct output. Independently verify facts and obtain qualified human review before using an output. Never rely on these demos as the sole basis for a high-impact or professional decision.
What the demos do not provide
- Insurance intake and underwriting demos: demonstrate organization and preparation of information. They do not determine fault, coverage, eligibility, claim value, approval, denial, pricing, binding, or legal rights, and do not replace an authorized insurance professional.
- BeautyDesk AI: demonstrates general business and client communication support. It does not diagnose a condition, prescribe treatment, or replace a licensed professional’s assessment.
- Ladies Affirmation Planner: offers general reflection and planning support. It is not mental-health care, crisis support, or medical, legal, or financial advice.
No demonstration establishes a professional-client relationship or promises a particular outcome. For an emergency, contact the appropriate emergency service rather than an AI demo.
AI in paid client work
Any AI-assisted research, drafting, coding, or automation used for paid work is subject to the agreed scope, approved data handling, review responsibilities, and the signed client agreement. Connecting apps, using real business data, or deploying an operational tool requires separate assessment and written scope. A public demo is not an approval for that use.
