About this website

This website is operated by Leonia Moore personally, an independent service provider based in the United States. It presents portfolio work, service information, public demonstration links, and ways to inquire or schedule a conversation. These terms describe permitted website use. Paid work is governed by a separately signed agreement, not by visiting this site.

Inquiries and consultations

Submitting a form, exchanging an email, or booking a complimentary consultation does not purchase a service, reserve a project start date, or create a client relationship. A project begins only after the required agreement, scope confirmation, initial payment, and readiness requirements have been completed.

The complimentary consultation is a 20-minute phone call. Calendly reserves 30 minutes for scheduling flexibility. Use the links in your booking confirmation to reschedule or cancel. Availability can change. Inquiry replies are normally sent within two business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Provide accurate contact details and only information you are authorized to share. Do not submit passwords, payment-card details, sensitive personal records, or confidential employer or client materials through the general form.

Prices, scope, and results

Published prices and service descriptions explain available starting points; your selected scope and final investment are confirmed in writing before work begins. Additional pages, revisions, features, or integrations may require a separate written change order. Posting a price does not guarantee availability or a particular project start date.

Portfolio examples illustrate work and design intent. They are not guarantees of revenue, leads, search ranking, employment outcomes, accessibility certification, regulatory compliance, or any other business result. See Client Service Terms for a fuller explanation of the project agreement.

Content and intellectual property

Website text, original design, photographs, signature artwork, and project materials are owned by Leonia Moore or used with appropriate permission, subject to third-party rights. You may view and share links to public pages for personal or professional evaluation. Do not copy, sell, redistribute, or present protected materials as your own without permission, except as allowed by law.

Company names, marks, platform references, and third-party materials remain their owners’ property. Their appearance does not imply sponsorship, partnership, or endorsement. Ownership and permitted use of client deliverables are determined by the signed client agreement.

Responsible use

Do not use this website to submit unlawful, deceptive, infringing, abusive, or malicious material; impersonate someone; send spam; attempt unauthorized access; disrupt the service; or bypass security or rate limits. You remain responsible for your submissions and for obtaining any necessary permission to share another person’s information. Access may be restricted to address misuse or security risks, subject to applicable law.

External services and AI demos

Calendly, ChatGPT, LinkedIn, and other linked services operate under their own terms, availability, account requirements, and privacy practices. A link is provided for convenience and does not guarantee the external service’s accuracy, security, suitability, or availability.

Public AI demos are independent portfolio prototypes hosted inside ChatGPT. They can generate incorrect, incomplete, biased, or unsuitable answers. They are not professional advice or production decision systems. Review the AI & Portfolio Notice before trying a demo and use fictional sample information.

Privacy and correspondence

The Privacy & Cookies notice explains inquiry storage, Resend notifications, Outlook correspondence, Calendly booking, cookies, retention, and privacy requests. An inquiry or appointment does not opt you into promotional email. General website communications are not a substitute for an agreed secure channel for confidential project information.

Website limitations

Reasonable care is taken with the website, but information may contain errors or become outdated. The site and public demos are provided as available, without a promise of uninterrupted access or suitability for every purpose. Please ask for clarification before relying on a service description or demonstration for a decision.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, implied warranties relating to free website information and demonstrations are disclaimed. Nothing here excludes a right, remedy, warranty, or liability that cannot legally be excluded, or replaces obligations expressly accepted in a signed client agreement. Any project-specific liability limits, dispute procedures, or remedies must be reviewed in that agreement.

Updates and questions

These website terms may be updated as the website changes. The effective date identifies the current version. Website changes do not amend an existing signed project agreement; changes to that agreement follow its written-change requirements.
