About Leonia

I turn complex workflows into products people can actually use.

I'm Leonia Moore, a Technical Product Owner with an MBA and a passion for turning complex ideas into practical, AI-enabled products.

My work sits at the intersection of business needs, technical execution, and user-centered problem solving. I partner with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to translate complex processes into clear requirements, prioritized backlogs, user stories, and workflows that teams can confidently build and deliver.

I bring experience across enterprise technology, Agile delivery, workflow optimization, product validation, and customer-centered operations—including insurance and telecommunications. I'm at my best when the problem is complex, the path is not yet clear, and a team needs someone who can connect business value to technical action.

I believe the strongest products make complex work feel clearer, support better decisions, and create value people can recognize.

Audits & Advisory

A focused review with clear recommendations and a practical next-step plan.

Every project begins with a defined scope. Your final investment, timeline, and handoff are confirmed before work begins.

Take the first step

Let’s choose the right place to start.

Share what you are working toward, and I’ll help you identify the right service fit.

Start a Project

A thoughtful process

Clarity from the first conversation to final handoff.

A guided process with focused feedback and a defined handoff—so you always know what happens next.

Explore & Align

Share the goal, audience, and challenge. I’ll help confirm the service that fits best.

Define & Reserve

Your agreement, scope snapshot, and invoice make the project clear before time is reserved.

Create & Refine

A focused intake leads into your first draft and one clear round of feedback.

Approve & Handoff

After approval and final payment, you receive the files, access, and guidance included in scope.

Project expectations

Clear responsibilities support a well-managed project.

These website summaries explain the client experience in plain language. The signed Master Service Agreement and Project Scope Snapshot remain the controlling documents.

Scope, intake & client materials

Project scope

Each project is governed by the signed Master Service Agreement and Project Scope Snapshot. The Scope Snapshot identifies the selected service, deliverables, client responsibilities, timeline, revision allowance, third-party requirements, payment milestones, and final handoff terms.

Questionnaires and intake

Clients receive only the questionnaire or intake item that applies to the service they purchased. Clients are not required to complete multiple forms requesting the same information.

Client materials

Project timelines depend on the timely delivery of required information, final content, assets, approvals, account access, and feedback. Missing or delayed materials may shift the project schedule.

Authorized approver

The client should identify one authorized approver who can provide final decisions and consolidated feedback. Feedback from multiple uncoordinated sources may delay the project or create additional scope.

Revisions & added scope

Revisions

Unless the Project Scope Snapshot states otherwise, the project includes one consolidated revision round. Additional in-scope revision rounds are $125 per round and must be approved and paid before the additional revision work begins.

Added scope

Requests that add new deliverables, change the original direction, introduce new pages or functions, or materially expand the project are treated as added scope and require separate written approval and pricing.

Payment, refunds & final handoff

Payment milestones

Projects begin after the required agreement, scope confirmation, and initial payment have been received. The remaining project balance is due according to the approved payment milestone and before final handoff.

Final approval and handoff

The client is responsible for reviewing and approving the final proof. Final files, ownership rights, credentials, access, or other handoff materials are not transferred until all required balances have been paid.

  • Initial payments reserve project capacity and become non-refundable as provided in the signed agreement.
  • Completed services, reserved time, approved work, and delivered work are not refundable except where required by law or expressly required by the signed agreement.
  • Third-party subscription fees, platform charges, and required client accounts are the client's responsibility unless the Project Scope Snapshot states otherwise.
  • Clients must follow the written billing-dispute and good-faith resolution process stated in the signed agreement.
  • Project closure following prolonged client noncommunication remains governed by the signed agreement.
  • Governing law, venue, dispute procedures, and legal remedies remain governed by the signed agreement.
A note about AI and third-party tools

Custom AI Assistants, workflow automations, and digital integrations may rely on third-party platforms. Platform availability, subscription requirements, pricing, features, policies, data practices, account restrictions, and service changes remain outside the control of Leonia Moore d/b/a Beauty AI Collective.

AI-generated or automated output may be incomplete, inaccurate, inconsistent, or inappropriate for a particular situation. Clients remain responsible for reviewing output, testing the completed solution, confirming compliance requirements, making business decisions, and approving how the solution is used.

No specific business, financial, operational, compliance, platform, or performance outcome is guaranteed.

If a website summary, invoice description, email, questionnaire, or project communication conflicts with the signed Master Service Agreement or Project Scope Snapshot, the signed Master Service Agreement and Project Scope Snapshot control.
