Website information

Privacy & Cookies

Effective September 24, 2026

A clear explanation of what you share, why it is needed, and the choices available to you when you inquire, book a call, or explore this website.

Who is responsible

Leonia Moore operates this United States–based personal portfolio and independent service business at leoniamoore.com. Clients contract with Leonia Moore personally, not a separate registered company. For information handled by Leonia Moore, privacy questions and requests can be sent to leoniamoore@outlook.com.

Information collected

  • Inquiries: your name, email address, business description, project goals, branding readiness, domain status, optional website and comments, consultation preference, submission time, and inquiry reference. Internal records may also include the last conversation date and whether the inquiry became a client project.
  • Appointments: information you enter in Calendly, such as your name, email, phone number, answers to booking questions, selected time, time zone, and booking or cancellation details. Consultations are phone calls. A 30-minute slot allows a 20-minute conversation and scheduling flexibility.
  • Correspondence and client work: messages, project materials, approvals, agreements, billing and payment-status records needed for the relationship. Payment-card details should be entered only into the separately designated payment provider, never the inquiry form.
  • Technical information: hosting and service providers may process IP addresses, device and browser details, request logs, cookies, and usage information to deliver, secure, and measure their services. The hosting platform provides basic page-view and visitor statistics.

The general inquiry form does not request file uploads. Please do not enter passwords, payment details, Social Security numbers, real insurance or medical records, or confidential employer or third-party information.

How information is used

Information is used to review and answer inquiries, assess service fit, arrange and manage appointments, communicate about requested work, provide agreed services, maintain appropriate business records, and protect the website against misuse. It may also be used as necessary to comply with law or address a dispute.

Submitting an inquiry or booking a consultation does not subscribe you to a newsletter. There is no newsletter enrollment through these forms. If promotional emails are offered later, a separate optional signup and an unsubscribe method will be provided. Inquiry information will not be added to that list automatically.

Service providers and sharing

Information is shared as needed to provide the functions you choose:

  • ChatGPT Sites and its hosting infrastructure: serve this website and store submitted inquiries in a private site database. The owner’s inquiry inbox requires sign-in.
  • Resend: processes the inquiry notification, including your submitted answers and email address, to send it to Leonia Moore.
  • Microsoft Outlook: receives inquiry notifications at leoniamoore@outlook.com and is used for correspondence.
  • Calendly: processes booking details when you use its scheduling page or choose to load the calendar on this website. If you open the calendar after submitting an inquiry, your name and email are passed to Calendly to fill those fields in for you.
  • OpenAI / ChatGPT: hosts the public AI demos on a separate platform. See the AI & Portfolio Notice for details.

Leonia Moore does not sell inquiry contact lists for money or use inquiry submissions for targeted advertising. Providers may process technical information for their own purposes under their policies. Information may also be disclosed when legally required, to protect rights or security, or to professional advisers subject to appropriate duties.

Read the providers’ policies: OpenAI, Resend, Microsoft, and Calendly. Their services may process information in the United States and other countries.

Cookies and your choices

Cookies and similar technologies can support security, sign-in, scheduling, preferences, and service measurement. The site’s hosting platform may use necessary technologies and provide basic analytics. Leonia Moore has not added advertising pixels to this website.

The embedded Calendly calendar loads only when you select the booking button. Before that selection, this website does not load the Calendly widget. Direct booking links take you to Calendly. Once Calendly loads, it may use necessary and optional cookies or similar technologies under its own policy and your available settings.

Calendly’s cookie banner remains enabled. Use Cookie settings on the booking page, or Cookie Settings / Your Privacy Choices on Calendly’s site, to review available choices. Choices and banners can vary by location. Where a provider is required to obtain consent, its consent controls govern its optional technologies. Closing the calendar does not itself remove cookies already stored.

You can also block or clear cookies in your browser; doing so may affect sign-in or booking. A plain link to an external site does not load that site’s embedded widget here. The website’s own application does not change its handling in response to the legacy “Do Not Track” browser setting. This statement does not limit any privacy choice or browser signal that must be honored under applicable law.

This notice describes the services currently used. Optional advertising or new tracking tools should be reviewed and the notice and controls updated before they are added.

How long records are kept

If you do not become a client, your inquiry records will be deleted six months after the last conversation. This period starts from your submission if no later conversation takes place. It applies to the site inquiry record and related inquiry correspondence or booking records under Leonia Moore’s control.

The last-contact date and deletion are managed by Leonia Moore; website deletion does not automatically erase copies in Outlook or Calendly. Those copies must also be reviewed and deleted. A limited record may be retained longer when needed for a legal obligation, an active dispute, fraud prevention, or the establishment or defense of a legal claim, and removed when that need ends.

If you become a client, relevant project, contract, payment and correspondence records are kept for the relationship and afterward as reasonably necessary for applicable tax, accounting, legal, and contractual purposes. Unneeded materials are removed. Providers may retain their own logs, backups, or records under their policies and legal obligations; removal from active records may not immediately remove all backup copies.

Privacy requests and security

Email leoniamoore@outlook.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you provided, or to ask about its use. Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have additional rights, including a copy of your data, limits on certain processing, an appeal, or a complaint to a regulator. These rights may have exceptions. Requests will be handled within applicable legal time limits.

Reasonable verification may be needed to protect your information. Please start with your contact email and inquiry reference if available; do not email identity documents or sensitive information unless a suitable method has been arranged. Exercising an applicable privacy right will not result in unlawful discrimination. Provider-controlled records may require a request directly to that provider.

Reasonable safeguards and restricted access are used, but no website, email service, or storage system can guarantee complete security. Email is not an appropriate channel for highly sensitive project information.

Age, updates, and contact

Services and consultations are intended for adults age 18 and over. This website is not directed to children under 13, and Leonia Moore does not knowingly solicit their personal information. Contact Leonia Moore if you believe a child has provided information so it can be addressed.

This notice may change when services, practices, or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Material changes will be brought to your attention when required; posting an update does not replace consent where consent is required.
